We explicitly disclaim all responsibility and liability for any third-party content generated by your account or sub-accounts.

As the primary account holder, you are responsible for ensuring that all activity, including that of sub-accounts, complies with these Terms. Any misuse or violation by sub-accounts will be treated as a violation by the primary account holder.

Stealth Video may integrate with third-party services for functionality (e.g., social media platforms, cloud storage services). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stealth Video is provided "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will meet your specific requirements, operate uninterrupted, or be error-free. Any use of Stealth Video is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stealth Video, its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or liability arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
